I love these mugs. The handle is very nice and comfortable, but the wooden lid (with a silicon gasket) is just as important to me. It allows me to travel around the house and even up and down stairs without sloshing my tea. Highly recommended.
I've spent way too much money trying to find the perfect coffee mug. This mug's handle is just what I need to control my hot coffee. Most mugs are uncomfortable, either because gripping the mug caused my fingers to be too close to the heat, or the handle causes the mug to teeter possibly causing the coffee to spill on my chest of lap. This one works!

I loved the original version and the new version is even better. The handle makes holding the mug very easy and the new design is even more comfortable with decreased contact with the hot mug body. Color schemes and design is very stylish. Thank you for a great design!

I have a progressive neurological condition which makes gripping heavy(ish) things challenging for me, so I searched for a tea mug with some sort of ergonomic grip. (I don't know what kind of sadists designed the "standard" coffee/tea mug handle, but it's not comfortable at all for me, especially when I have to carry my mug of hot tea from the kitchen to my home office.)
I can't recall how I stumbled upon the original Momnt Mug, but I took a chance and ordered a set of four and the difference between them and the mugs I'd been using was night and day.
I was thrilled to learn that a new version was coming which intended to address the small issues with the original version, so I pre-ordered as soon as I could.
They arrived a week or two ago and I love them. I can't comment on the lid (since I prefer my tea warm), but everything about them is fantastic.
If there's someone in your life who struggles with grip or holding a mug (or it's you!), I would encourage you to give it a try since it really could improve their life.

Momnt Mugs started as a curiosity project during COVID lockdowns, and that's when we realized how counterbalance style handles have some real advantages over traditional handles. After making more changes to improve how it feels with a 16oz size, we launched Momnt Mugs.
We're not a huge company. Just a small family startup crazy enough to think traditional handles that have been around thousands of years could be better.
