My beloved recommended this mug to me because I have rheumatoid arthritis, interfering with my ability to hold mugs due to weakness and pain in my hands. This mug is absolutely my new favorite and has been so comfortable to use!

The design means that it never tips over, no matter how I hold it, unlike most other mugs. The handle can be held many different ways, and I've found quite a few grips I quite like. I usually have to spend a bit figuring out how to hold a mug in a way that will work for me, but this one, I can just grab without even thinking about it.

I love the size and shape of this mug, and appreciate how it comes with a lid. It has made a difference in my every day life. I am truly grateful for this product.

Bought this for someone with arthritis who was spilling a lot of coffee because their hand slid on the handle. This is their favorite mug now. Been just fine in the dishwasher and microwave, and the lid definitely helps keep your drink hot!

i really love this mug! i have a fairly large mug collection, but i only use a few regularly due to the handles being wonky or uncomfortable on most of them. the momnt has quickly become my favorite - it took a minute to get used to, but the handle is the BEST! it's a bit hefty when it's full, but it usually sit's on my desk (or leg when i'm on the couch lol) so not a huge deal. i like the lid, although i only use it when i'm on my balcony so bugs don't fly in. it's not super tight, so if you're using it to travel with you might have to be a bit careful with it.

i'd love to see the little divot where your ring and pinky finger sit be a touch longer (apparently i brace with my pinky more than my ring finger), but as i'm using the momnt more it's getting more comfortable. i'll definitely be getting more in the future, especially if there are more colors or patterns offered - a green would be amazing!!

Super comfortable mugs to hold. My father-in-law is having issues with his grip, and his mug has made his morning coffee easier to enjoy.

The cup is beautifully designed and balanced. The color is contemporary and appealing. One big thing that I truly appreciate is the ability of the pottery to hold heat. Other cups I’ve had in the past let the liquid cool too fast. This one hangs on to the warmth of the beverage and makes the last swallow as pleasing as the first.

I don’t know which is better the actual mugs themselves which take all the pain out of my hands or the customer service I received from this company. I had an issue with my delivery and they contacted me on a weekend to discuss with me and worked with me to get the order to my home. Other companies should take their lead from this company on the importance of customer service.

I got used to gripping the counterbalance handle fast. It ends up training you to grip normal mug handles with the two finger grip more consistently. The cap just needs to able to double as a coaster more easily by having grooves that match the protrusion of the underside of the mug.

I like this mug more everyday! It took me a few tries to get the right feel but now it’s the only mug I use. Thanks

I love these mugs. The handle is very nice and comfortable, but the wooden lid (with a silicon gasket) is just as important to me. It allows me to travel around the house and even up and down stairs without sloshing my tea. Highly recommended.

I've spent way too much money trying to find the perfect coffee mug. This mug's handle is just what I need to control my hot coffee. Most mugs are uncomfortable, either because gripping the mug caused my fingers to be too close to the heat, or the handle causes the mug to teeter possibly causing the coffee to spill on my chest of lap. This one works!

The mug was a birthday gift... It is so worth the cost! The blue mug is awesome! Made a great gift! Get one, you will not be sorry!!!
